Brawly Beats is the placeholder name for a male human who is a background character in the My Little Pony Equestria Girls franchise. He is a rocker student at Canterlot High School and the drummer of Flash Sentry's band Flash Drive.

In My Little Pony Equestria Girls, Brawly Beats appears with his bandmate Ringo sitting in the Canterlot High School cafeteria. They later appear there again with other rocker students during the Cafeteria song in which he and the other members of Flash Drive briefly play along. During Time to Come Together, he and his bandmates appears getting ready on the gymnasium stage. He later performs with his bandmates during the Fall Formal. After Sunset Shimmer is defeated, he has a speaking role, asking in surprise if Spike, a dog just talked.
Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks[]
In Rainbow Rocks, Brawly Beats sits with other rocker students in the CHS cafeteria during Battle. He and his bandmates later appear at the party for the bands in the CHS Musical Showcase. During the Battle of the Bands, he appears in the audience for Snips and Snails' and the Rainbooms' first performances. He later appears with his bandmates when Flash Sentry bumps into Twilight Sparkle in the hallway, shrugging dismissively. During Under Our Spell, Flash Drive defeats the Eco-Kids' band, but is defeated in the semi-finals by the Dazzlings.

In Shake Your Tail, Brawly Beats attends the Rainbooms' performance of the titular song at a party in the CHS gym. In Perfect Day for Fun, he appears at the CHS carnival talking to Trixie by the stage, standing by a carnival booth, and watching the Rainbooms' concert.

In Friendship Games, Brawly Beats appears in the audience for the CHS Rally Song and later appears in a photograph from the rally during the film credits.

In Steps of Pep, Brawly Beats appears as a spectator of the CHS-CPA soccer game.
Equestria Girls: Digital Series (season 2)[]
In Cheer You On, Brawly Beats and his bandmates perform the titular song in the school gymnasium. After Micro Chips' robot goes haywire, he, Micro Chips and his bandmates cheer for the Equestria Girls and they battle and defeat it.
