Neon Lights is a student from Crystal Prep Academy and one of the supporting characters in Equestria Girls. Neon Lights could be a disc jockey of Crystal Prep. He serves one of Canterlot High's rival students in the Shadowbolts team during the Friendship Games. He did'nt appear having any speaking lines in the film.

Neon Lights first appears in Friendship Games as a member of the Shadowbolts. In the Friendship Games' academic decathlon, he is partnered with Jet Set in the home economics portion, and they produce a sloppy-looking cake.

He also appears pressuring Sci-Twi to release her stolen magic inside her amulet with the other Shadowbolts during the song Unleash the Magic.
