Ringo

Ringo is the placeholder name for a male human who is a background character in the My Little Pony Equestria Girls. He is a rocker student at Canterlot High School and a member of Flash Sentry's band Flash Drive.

My Little Pony Equestria Girls[]

In My Little Pony Equestria Girls, Ringo first appears walking in the CHS hallway during This Strange World and later appears in the CHS cafeteria with his Flash Drive bandmate Brawly Beats. He later appears in the cafeteria again with the other rockers during the Cafeteria song and briefly plays bass along with the other members of Flash Drive. During Time to Come Together, he appears with his bandmates on the stage and practices on a keyboard. Later, during the Fall Formal, he performs with his bandmates, playing the keyboard.

Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks[]

In Rainbow Rocks, Ringo appears in the CHS cafeteria during Battle, as Adagio Dazzle sings right in front of him. He and his bandmates later appear with the other bands in the party in the gymnasium before the Musical Showcase where they argue with other bands and empower the Dazzlings. During the Battle of the Bands, he and his bandmates appear in the audience for performances by Snips and Snails, the Rainbooms and the Dazzlings. After Flash Sentry and Twilight Sparkle bump into each other in the hallway, he has a brief speaking role saying "uh, nope" when Flash asks his bandmates if they heard her. During Under Our Spell, Flash Drive defeat the Eco-Kids band, and make it all the way to the semi-finals where they are defeated by the Dazzlings. Ringo later appears jeering for Sunset Shimmer after she ruins the Rainbooms' semi-final performance.

Rainbow Rocks animated shorts[]

In Pinkie on the One, Ringo appears as a background character sitting in the cafeteria with Cherry Crash. In Perfect Day for Fun, he appears walking through the Canterlot High School Carnival with Flash Sentry.

Equestria Girls: Friendship Games[]

In Friendship Games, Ringo appears in the audience for the CHS Rally Song in the school gymnasium and later appears as a spectator for the Tri-Cross Relay event of the Friendship Games. He later appears in a photograph from the Rally song during the film credits.

In Five Lines You Need to Stand In, Ringo appears in the security line of the Starswirled Music Festival where he, Lyra Heartstrings and Sweetie Drops get briefly startled by Pinkie Pie popping in. In Cheer You On, he performs the titular song with his bandmates and watches and cheers with them as the Equestria Girls battle and defeat Micro Chips' rampaging robot.
