Rose Heart is the placeholder name for a female human who is a background character in the My Little Pony Equestria Girls franchise. She is a fashionista student at Canterlot High School.

In Equestria Girls, Rose Heart appears in the crowd of students suddenly filling the Canterlot High School foyer when the bell rings and later appears sitting in the cafeteria with the other fashionistas. The following day, she appears using her locker in a school hallway and subsequently appears in the cafeteria during the Cafeteria Song. She later enters the gym with other fashionistas to help clean up the gym for the Fall Formal. During the Formal, she and the other students are brainwashed by Sunset Shimmer, but are freed when she is defeated by Twilight Sparkle and her new friends. She continues dancing at the Formal when it resumes.
Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks[]
In Rainbow Rocks, Rose Heart first appears working on a poster for the CHS Musical Showcase in the school gymnasium with Heath Burns and Valhallen. She later appears in the cafeteria when the Dazzlings begin brainwashing the students. She later appears attending the party for the bands participating in the showcase as a spectator for the Battle of the Bands. During the finals, she and the other audience members are brainwashed by the Dazzlings, but are freed when they are defeated by the Rainbooms. She and the other audience members then jeer the Dazzlings after they lose their singing ability.

In Music to My Ears, Rose Heart appears sitting at a table outside the Sweet Shoppe and later appears inside the building sitting at a table with Scott Green, putting honey in her tea. In Pinkie on the One, she makes a background appearance sitting at a table in the CHS cafeteria with the other fashionistas. In Player Piano, she appears talking to Heath Burns in the CHS hallway and later appears in the crowd of students in the hall as the Diamond Dogs plow through a piano. In Shake Your Tail, she appears in the audience for the Rainbooms’ concert in the gym. In Perfect Day for Fun, she makes several background appearances attending the CHS carnival, standing at a booth with Wiz Kid, riding a roller coaster, in the audience for the Rainbooms’ concert with Norman, standing by a hot dog stand with Indigo Wreath and Heath Burns, and dancing with Wiz Kid. In the encore short, Life is a Runway, she appears standing on the street with other fashionista students, noticing Rarity “fashion-blast” Derpy. In My Past is Not Today, she appears in Sunset’s flashback as one of the students ostracizing Sunset in the school hallway.
Equestria Girls: Friendship Games[]
In Friendship Games, Rose Heart appears in the audience for the Canterlot High pep rally in the school gym. She later appears attending the welcome party for Crystal Prep students, and stands in the library listening to the announcement for the first day of the titular event. She appears in the audience for the second event of the Games, during which she dances with Tennis Match when CHS wins the second part of the Tri-Cross Relay. During the final event, she, Neon Lights, and Taffy Shade witness as Daydream Shimmer defeats Midnight Sparkle.

In All's Fair in Love & Friendship Games, Rose Heart appears standing in the CHS foyer with Mystery Mint and Velvet Sky. In Photo Finished, she partially appears standing on the second floor of the CHS library.

In Dance Magic, Rose Heart first appears walking in the Canterlot Mall with Aqua Blossom. She later appears sitting by the mall’s fountain talking to Golden Hazel.

In A Photo Booth Story, Rose Heart appears attending the Fall Formal, standing with Nolan North and later dancing. In Raise This Roof, she also appears dancing at the Formal, and also appears spectating the dance-off. In Steps of Pep, she makes a background appearance spectating a mixed-gender soccer game between Canterlot High and Crystal Prep. In Subs Rock, she appears in a classroom where Principal Celestia is the substitute teacher. In The Art of Friendship, she makes a background appearance standing with Mystery Mint by the Wondercolt statue. In Queen of Clubs, she appears as a member of the CHS fencing and art clubs, and later appears sitting in the school cafeteria. In Overpowered, she makes a cameo appearance walking in the school foyer. In Star Crossed, she appears standing in the Canterlot Planetarium. In Display of Affection, she appears in a crowd looking at Flanksy’s window displays at the Carousel Boutique. In A Little Birdie Told Me, she attends a math class taught by Mr. Cranky Doodle. In Pinkie Pie: Snack Psychic, she makes a background appearance exiting the Sweet Snacks Cafe.
In the Applejack and DJ Pon-3 endings of Fluttershy's Butterflies, she appears in the audience for auditions for the school play. In Text Support, she appears outside the school with Norman, where they notice Snips and Snails covered in frosting. In the Pinkie Pie ending of Stressed in Show, she appears reading a book in the CHS hallway and later appears walking in the cafeteria holding a tray of food. In Opening Night and Happily Ever After Party, she appears in the audience for the school play.

In Forgotten Friendship, Rose Heart first appears using her locker in the CHS hallway during We've Come So Far. She later appears in Applejack’s partially erased memories of the final event of the Friendship Games, sitting in the cafeteria with Golden Hazel, standing in the library with Wiz Kid, and in a yearbook photo. During Invisible, she appears in a selfie with Cherry Crash. Near the end of the special, she stands outside the school with Norman.
Equestria Girls: Rollercoaster of Friendship[]
In Rollercoaster of Friendship, Rose Heart appears as a patron of Equestria Land, watching Vignette Valencia take a picture with her fans, and later posing for a picture with her herself. She later appears walking by the roller coaster with Aqua Blossom, standing with Norman as they notice other patrons walk to the light parade, and spectating the parade. During Photo Booth, she appears watching the parade and also watching Rarity’s fashion show.
Equestria Girls: Digital Series (season 2)[]
In Best in Show: The Pre-Show, Rose Heart sits with Watermelody while in the audience for the first annual Canterlot Pet Show in the CHS gymnasium. In Five Stars, she briefly appears exiting the Sweet Snacks Cafe. In FOMO, she makes a cameo appearance exiting the school into the parking lot. In Run to Break Free, she appears applying lipstick in a school hallway. In Five Lines You Need to Stand In, she appears holding a tray of nachos at a food truck at the Starswirled Music Festival.
In all three endings of Sock It to Me, she appears in the audience for a girls’ soccer game between CHS and CPA.

Equestria Girls: Holidays Unwrapped[]
In "Dashing Through the Mall", Rose Heart makes a brief cameo on the second floor and later appears waiting in a line at the Canterlot Mall. In "O Come, All Ye Squashful", she briefly appears in the CHS school hallway taking pictures of the Equestria Girls in their cornucopia costumes along with her fellow schoolmates.
