Scott McNeil is a voice actor who plays Flam in the short A Case for the Bass and the special My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rollercoaster of Friendship.

Born Australia, his family moved to Vancouver, Canada when he was four. Learning about voice acting at an early age, McNeil voiced many characters throughout the 1990s onward.

He voiced for various English dubs for Anime shows like Dragonball Z, Ranma ½, Mobile Suit Gundam, Dr. Slump, Fullmetal Alchemist, Project A-ko 2, Hamtaro, InuYasha, and Hakkenden: Legend of the Dog Warriors.

He also acted in Western animated shows like The New Adventures of He-Man, Beast Wars: Transformers, Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot, Dragon Tales, ReBoot, League of Super Evil, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Aaagh! It's the Mr. Hell Show!, Mega Man, G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Pucca, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, X-Men Evolution, Johnny Test, Kong: The Animated Series, El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, Storm Hawks, Supernoobs, and Krypto the Superdog.

Aside from voice acting, McNeil has appeared in live-action roles in shows like Riverdale, Stargate SG-1, Outer Limits, Supernatural, The Flash, and as the Evil Masked Figure in the film Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.
